Measurements are approximately 13-1/4" long
Condition:
Good condition as shown in photos. Not sure what to point out but here are some observations: The black paint is quite worn, some visible signs of fine rust/corrosion, the screw looks to be hammered in to tighten scissors, the scissors are a bit loose. Are there other things I should note or things I am not seeing that are important?
